Trattoria Leonida in Bologna, located in the historic city center, offers typical first courses of Bolognese cuisine, rich in specialties made with handmade fresh pasta, rolled out with a rolling pin, just like our grandmothers used to do. We use only high-quality eggs and flours, and the sauces are prepared with simple, fresh, and genuine local ingredients. Every day our kitchen prepares forty-five first courses - including consommé, gnocchi, tortelloni, tortellini, pappardelle, and tagliatelle - with sauces based on game, meat, mushrooms, vegetables, and cheeses. We will be able to satisfy every customer in search of the typical flavors and aromas of our regional cuisine.
